nesseth, that the parties of the first part for and in
in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($ 10.00)
and other valuable considerations to them in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part and to his heirs
and assigns forever, all their right, title, interest and
estate of in and to all those certain parcels or
tracts of land situate, lying and being in the City
of Jacksonville, County of Duval and State of Florida
described as follows, to-wit: That certain lot of land
known and described on plat of Paine's Fairfield
Addition, which was recorded in Book "A D", page 431
of the public records of said Duval County, as lot one
(1) bounded on the north by Davis Street, East by lot
two (2) south by eighth avenue and west by center street,
and being the same lot conveyed by James H. Paine
and wife to Fred Wiesenfeld by deed dated June 6, 1888,
and recorded among said public records in Book "B M"
at page 31., Also the South half of lot five (5) in block
twenty-two (22) according to the map of East Jackson-
ville; Also the east part of Lot five (5) in Block thirty-
seven (37) of east Jacksonville, bounded west by the re-
maining part of said lot five (5), North by lot two
(2) east by lot six (6) and south by Duval Street, front-
ing fifty-two and one-half (52 1/2) feet on Duval Street
and extending back of uniform width one hundred
and eighteen (118) feet more or less; Also lot six (6),
in Block thirty-seven (37) East Jacksonville, excepting
the Southeast part of said lot fronting forty-two (42)
feet on Duval Street and fronting seventy-eight (78)
feet on Franklin Street; the said excepted part having
been conveyed to Lizzie R. Pincus by deed dated June
1st, 1903; Also part of lot one (1) in block thirty-eight
east Jacksonville beginning at the Northeast corner of
the said lot at the Southwest corner of Church and Bri-
dier Streets, thence south along Bridier Street twenty
eight (28) feet, thence Westerly parallel with Church
Street sixty-five (65) feet; thence Northerly parallel with
