Bridier Street twenty-eight (28) feet to Church Street;
thence Easterly by and along Church Street Sixty-five
(65) feet, more or less to the point of beginning; Also
the North half of lot four (4) in block thirty nine (39)
east Jacksonville, fronting fifty two and a half (52 1/2)
feet on Bridier Street and extending easterly of the same
width one hundred and five (105) feet, and bounded
on the North by Church Street; also the following lands
situate in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, known
and described as follows: The southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter and ten acres along the south side
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of section
Twenty Three, Township Ten South, range Twenty two
east; the last described land being the same land
conveyed to I. Grunthal, Executor, by A.S. Yoder and Eliz-
abeth Yoder, his wife, by deed dated September 4, 1894,
and recorded among the public records of said Alachua
County in Deed Book 41, at page 600. Together with all
and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also
all the estate, right, title, interest, dower and right
of dower, property, possession, claim and demand what-
soever, at law and in equity, either and both, of the
said parties of the first part of, in and to the same,
and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to
hold unto the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever.
