the foregoing deed, and severally acknowledged before
me that they executed the ; and the said Harriet
Berg, on a separate and private examination before
me, she being separate and apart from her said hus-
band, acknowledged before me that she executed the
same freely and voluntarily, and without any con-
straint, apprehension, fear or compulsion of or from
her said husband. In Witness Whereof I have here-

B. Warder and Elizabeth M. Warder, his wife, of Phil-
adelphia, parties of the first part, and H.A. Williams,
of Waldo, Alachua County, Florida, party of the second
part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand and
fifty Dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece, par-
cel or tract of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida, and particularly known
