                      This Indenture made on this the
9th day of December A.D. 1881 between Isham Jackson
party of the first part & Mrs. Emma Harris party of
the second part. Witnesseth that for & in consideration
of the sum of one hundred dollars in hand paid
at and before the signing and sealing of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the party of
the first part has given, granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents doth so give, grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto Emma Harris party of the second
part, the following lot or parcel of land (To - Wit)
Twenty acres of land in the south side of the north
east Quarter of section thirty four (34) Township eleven
(11) and range twenty (20) To have and to hold the
above described property to together with all and sin-
gular the Houses buildings and appurtenances in
anywise appertaining or belonging to the said Emma
Harris her heirs, executors and administration or assigns
in fee simple forever. In testimony whereof the said
party of the first part have hereunto set his hand
and affixed his seal on this the 9th day of December
A.D. 1881
