This indenture made and entered into on this 16, April
1912 between Crockett L. Kite and his wife Martha Eliza-
beth Kite of Alachua County, Florida, parties of the
first part, and Monroe Venable of the same State and
County, party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of ten dollars and other sufficient and
valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed unto the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns, All of the following described
lands in Alachua County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows to-wit:
An Undivided one-half interest in and to all of those
certain lots numbered from one (1) to nine (9) inclus-
ive according to a plat of Oliver & Kite's subdivision
of the Boyd lot in Block 5 range 2 of Doig & Robert-
son's addition to Gainesville, Florida, as the same
appears of record in Plat Book "A" at page 89 of the
Public records of Alachua County, Florida, saving
and excepting therefrom lot no. 3 heretofore conveyed
to allright. Also an undivided one-half interest in
the following: Lot no. 102 of Porter's Addition to the
City of Gainesville as per the recorded plat there of
recorded on page 54 of Plat Book "A" of the public
records of Alachua County, Florida, the said lot being |
