cut by the line between sections 5 and 8 in township
10 range 20. Also an undivided one-half interest in
the following: Commencing at the North West corner
of lot No. 101 of O.A. Porter's Addition to Gainesville, 
and run thence east 189 feet, thence in a North
Westerly course to the south east corner of lot No.
102 of said Addition, thence run West 179 feet, and
thence south 40 feet to place of beginning. Also an un-
divided one-half interest in lot No. 103 of said Porter's
Addition to Gainesville. Also an undivided one-sixth in-
terest in the Stringfellow Lumber Company, a Copartner-
ship composed of J.R. Gainey, J.D. Stringfellow, A.B.
Oliver, C.L. Kite and G.F. Finger, hereby conveying all
the undivided interest of the said C.L. Kite in and to
the property real and personal belonging to said
Company, including mules, horses, mill, leases, and
accounts due the same. Also and undivided one-half
interest in and to the Livery business of Oliver &
Kite in the City of Gainesville, Florida, consisting
of horses, mules, buggies, wagons, whips, lap robes,
harness, feed, cash in bank, open or other accounts
due or to become due said business and good will
hereby conveying the undivided interest of Crocket L.
Kite in the firm of Oliver & Kite, a partnership com-
posted of A.B. Oliver & Crocket L. Kite, in and to all
property real and personal included in, used and
a part of the said Livery business of said Oliver
& Kite, and said livery business includes one cer-
tain rock crusher on the T. & J. R. R. in Gainesville, Florida.
It is the purpose and intent of this deed that the part-
ies of the first part convey and undivided half interest
in the lands or lots particularly described above, and
also intend to convey all of the undivided interest of
the said grantor, Crocket L. Kite in the Livery business
of Oliver & Kite, and all other interest above set forth
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise appertaining, to have and to hold the same
unto him the said Monroe Venable, his heirs and
assigns forever. And the said parties of the first
