part covenant and agree to and with the said party
of the second part, that they the said parties of the
first part their heirs and assigns will forever war-
rant and defend the title to the above described
lands and personal property unto him the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.

I hereby certify that before me personally
appeared Crocket L. Kite and his wife Martha Elizabeth
Kite, to me well known and known to me to be the
identical persons described in and who executed above
deed and each severally acknowledged before me that
they executed said deed for the purposes therein ex-
pressed. And the said Martha Elizabeth Kite, wife
of the said Crocket L. Kite, upon an examination
taken and made by me separately and apart from
her said husband did acknowledge before me that
she executed said deed freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
