That I, Max Bach, Widower, son of Josef Aloys Bach
deceased and brother of Nichols Bach, deceased of the afore-
said County and State, for and in consideration of ten
Dollars and other valuable consideration to me in hand paid
by Thomas W. Fielding of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowl-
edge, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the said Thomas W. Fielding all that certain lot, piece,
tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in
the County of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly
known and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot eleven (11) in New Gainesville in the Alachua Im-
provement Company's subdivision of section three in Town-
ship ten, south of range twenty three, east: and also
commencing at a point thirty feet south of the south
west corner of T.F. King's lot on the east side of Prairie
Street thence run south on line of said street one
hundred and sixty seven feet, thence east four hun-
dred feet, thence north one hundred and sixty seven
feet, thence four hundred feet west to the point
of beginning the same being in Doig & Robertson's Ad-
dition to Gainesville, and being in the County of
Bradford, State of Florida described as follows: North
east quarter of the south east quarter of section eleven
in Township five, south of range twenty-two east;
Also east half of the East half of the North West
quarter of the south east quarter of section twenty
two, Township five, Range Twenty two east, and
lots one, two, three and four in block eighteen
in the Town of Lawtey, Florida and lying and
being in the County of Clay State of Florida, the
North half of the North half of the South half of
the south west quarter of the North West quarter and
the south half of the south half of the south half
