of the North half of the North West quarter of the
North West quarter of section thirty one Township
four, range twenty three, East: Also lot four in
block four and lot three in block five of C.A. Phelp's
subdivision of Highland in Section thirty one Township
four, range twenty three, east containing by estima-
tion -- acres of land, more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertain-
ing. To have and to hold the same unto the said
Thomas W. Fielding and to his heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute.
And the said Max Bach do hereby covenant and a-
gree to and with the said Thomas W. Fielding that
he is lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed, and that he has good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is
free from all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever,
and that he will and his heirs, executors, and ad-
ministrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto the said Thomas W. Fielding
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
against the lawful claim and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter to
claim the same. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this 26th
day of April A.D. 1912.
