of conveyance, and acknowledged that he executed the
same for the purpose therein expressed; Whereupon it is
prayed that the same may be recorded.

This Indenture, Made this 26th day of March A.D.
1912, between J.F. Ruff & Sarah S. Ruff his wife and
S.P. Getzen & Mary B. Getzen his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and J.C. Long of the County of Hernando and State of
Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That the
said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledge, have remised, released and quit-claimed,
and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs
and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said parties of the first part
have in and to the following described lots, pieces or
parcels of land, to wit:
