east Quarter and the North West Quarter of section Thirty
Two (32) Township Ten (10) South, Range Seventeen (17) East.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and sin-
gular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said parties of the first part,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof, The said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals
the day and year first above written.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 26th day March, 1912 before
me, A Notary Public State of Florida at Large personally
appeared J.F. Ruff and S.P. Getzen and Sarah S. Ruff and
Mary B. Getzen their respective, his wife, to me known to be
the persons described in, and who executed the foregoing in-
strument, and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned; and the said Sarah S. Ruff and Mary
B. Getzen the respective wives of the said J.F. Ruff and
S.P. Getzen, on and examination taken and made sepa-
rately and part from her said husband, did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to said deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right
of dower, in and to the lands, tenements and heredita-
ments therein described and thereby granted and released,
and that she executed said deed freely and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
