This Indenture, Made this 26th day of March A.D. 1912,
between S.P. Getzen and Mary B. Getzen his wife of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and J.C. Long of the County of Hernando and State
of Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That the
said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledge, have remised, release and quit-claimed, and
by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said party of the second part, and his heirs and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said parties of the first part have
in and to the following described lots, pieces or parcels
of land, to wit:
A one-third undivided interest in and to the follow-
ing: The North half (N 1/2) of the south west quarter 
and the North West Quarter of the south east Quarter
of section six (6) in Township Eleven (11) south, range
seventeen (17) East
To Have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatever of the said
parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever. In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and seals
the day and year first above written.
