has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the fol-
lowing described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land,
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida, to wit:

Range 17 East. as recorded in Deed Book 71 page 153
of the Public records of Alachua Co Fla.
being 1/2 acre more or less.
To have and to hold the above described premises
together with all and singular the tenements, the
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in any wise, appertaining, unto her the
said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land and will defend the
same against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soever.

and Isabell Perkins his wife, to me well known as
the persons described in and who executed the above and
foregoing deed of conveyance and each severally acknow-
ledged the execution of said deed for the uses and
purposes therein set forth and contained.
And the said Mrs Isabell Perkins the wife of the said
W.P. Perkins upon an examination taken and made
by me separately and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge before me that she made herself
a party to said deed and executed the same freely
and voluntarily and without compulsion, con-
straint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.
