This Indenture, made this the 24th day of April A.D.
1912, between Eunice Guthrie (a widow) of the County of
Alachua, and State of Florida, party of the first part
and J.A. Williams and Linus P. Hardee of the said
County and State, parties of the second part, Witnesseth;
that the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Twenty-four and 13/100 ($24.13)
Dollars, and other valuable considerations, to her in
hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted bar-
gained and sold to the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, all the undivided
interest of the said party of the first part, as follows:
to the said J.A. Williams three-fourths of such un-
divided interest of the said party of the first part
and to the said Linus P. Hardee one-fourth of such
undivided interest of the said party of the first part,
in and to the following described lands, to-wit:
The North half of the North-West quarter and the
south-east Quarter of the North-West Quarter of sec-
tion Twenty-five (25) and the south half of the
south west Quarter of Section Twenty-four (24) all of
Township Ten (10) South of Range Fifteen (15) East,
situated in the said Alachua County and State
of Florida containing Two Hundred (200)_acres of
land, more or less. And the said party of the first
part does hereby warrant the title to the said lands,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims
