acknowledged, have remised, conveyed and sold, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do release, re-
mise, quit-claim, sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said parties of the first part have in and to the
following described lots, pieces or parcels of land, to-wit.
The undivided one-half part of or interest in two lots
lying and being in the Town of Windsor, County of
Alachua and State of Florida, and more particularly
known and described as follows: Lots Five (5) and six
(6) of Mrs. M.A. Noble's Subdivision of Windsor, Florida.
The metes and bounds of said Two lots may be found
by reference to the plat of Mrs. M.A. Noble's Subdivision
of Windsor, as recorded among the public records of Ala-
chua County, Florida: And also the undivided one-half
part of or interest in lots seven (7) eight (8), nine (9),
and Ten (10) of Mrs. M.A. Noble's Subdivision of Windsor,
Florida. The metes and bounds of said four lots may
be found by reference to plat of Mrs. M.A. Noble's
Subdivision of Windsor, Alachua County, Florida as re-
corded among the public records of said Alachua County,
Florida. To have and to hold the same together with
all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging,
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatever of the said
parties of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns.
