in the State aforesaid, personally appeared Henry Bireline
and Emma Bireline, his wife, to me known to be
the persons described in, and who executed the foregoing
instrument, and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned; and the said Emma Bireline,
the wife of the said Henry Bireline, on an examination
taken and made separately and apart from her husband,
did acknowledge that she made herself a party to the
said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquish-
ing her dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands,
tenements and hereditaments therein described and thereby
granted and released, and that she executed said deed
freely and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.

first part and Annie Jenkins of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part, Witness-
eth, That the said partie of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One hundred ($ 100.00/100) Dollars,
in hand paid by the said partie of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, re-
leased and quit-claimed, and by these presents does re-
mise, release and quit-claim unto the said parties of the
second part and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest claim and demand which the said parties
