heretofore sold to various parties by Lavinia Noyes, deceased
Also 1/2 an acre lying in S.W. cor of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4, of sec 15,
Tp 8s. Range 21 east, being the West 1/3 of one & one-half acres
described in deed and recorded in deed book 45, page 309,
public records in Gainesville Florida. Also, The North-east
quarter of the N.E. 1/4 of sec 15, Tp 8 south, range 21 east, same
and except therefrom the certain tracts heretofore sold there-
from to various parties by the said Lavinia Noys. Also, Begin
at NW 1/4 cor of N 1/2 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4, sec 22 tp
8 S. Range 21 east owned by John Somlya, thence south to N.W.
cor of lot conveyed by Aurelia Legree to Lance Moore & known
as N 1/2 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4, sec 22, Tp 8 S. range 21 east,
thence North to North line of said NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 sec 22, Tp 8
S R 21 east, thence east to starting point, same and except there-
from such tracts heretofore sold therefrom by the said Lavinia
Noyes. To have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatever of the said parties of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever.
