executed the same for the purposes therein expressed, and
as their free act and deed; and the said Melissa Jones
to me well known as the wife of the said G.W. Jones
upon an examination made separate and apart from her
said husband, acknowledged before me that she executed
the same for the purpose of conveying all her right, title,
separate estate, legal or equitable in and to the lands there-
in described, and that she did the same freely and volun-
tarily and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehen-
sion or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, Made this 16th day of January A.D. 1912
Between Mrs H.E. Walker a widow of the County of Duval
in the State of Florida, part of the first part and
O.D. Moore of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Dollars to her in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby ackn-
owledged have granted, bargained, and sold to
the said party of the second part, his heirs and ass-
igns forever, The following described land, to wit:
Lot (8) Eight in Block (2) Two- In the Town of
Trenton, as per Plat of same Duly recorded in
Plat Book "A" of the Public Records of Alachua County
Florida. And the said party of the first part does
hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.
