This Indenture Made and entered into on this 29th day of
April 1912, by and between D.W. Holder of Alachua County,
Florida, party of the first part, and Allison Bros of Alachua
County, Florida, parties of the second part, Witnesseth: That
the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred twenty five dollars to him
cash in hand paid by the parties of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bar-
gained, sold and conveyed to the said parties of the sec-
ond part, their heirs and assigns, all of the pine trees of
the dimensions hereinafter mentioned standing or growing
or lying upon the lands hereinafter described and upon
the terms hereinafter stipulated, viz: The party of first part
sell and convey to the parties of second part - all of the
aforesaid pine trees located upon the following lands in
Alachua County, Florida, to wit:
Com at N.W. Corner Grant of sec 34-9-18 Run S 55.76 chains, E
16.24 chains, N 55.26 chains, W 16.24 chains & Com N.E. of 34-9-18
Run W. 16.84 chains S 41.46 chains E 16.74 chains & N 41.46 chains.
All Dead timber side enclosure excepted It is further stip-
ulated that the said parties of the second part shall have
one years from the date hereof in which to cut and re-
move the timber herein conveyed, and shall have all
rights of ingress and egress over and upon the lands here-
tofore described for the purpose of cutting and removing
said timber, together with the right to lay such tram or
other roads as may be deemed necessary by the parties of
the second part for the removal of said timber, and a
reasonable time after the expiration of this lease in which
to remove such tram or other road. The party of the first
part covenant and agree to and with the parties of the
