Alachua County       } Know all men by these pres-
ents: That I, Isabelle N. Wooley of the aforesaid County
and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Three
Hundred $300. 00/100 Dollars, to me in hand paid by Brice
E. Wooley of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida,
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto him the said Brice E. Wooley
all that cetain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated,
lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of
Florida, particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
South East 1/4 of South W 1/4 of Sec 7 and the North East 1/4
of the NW1/4 of Sec 18 in Thp 9 south of R 15E Tallahassee
Meridian containing by estimation 83 1/2 & 20/100 acres of land,
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging,
or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the
same unto him the said Brice E. Wooley and to his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee sim-
ple absolute, and that the said Isabelle N. Wooley
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
