      To    }   Quit Claim Deed.
W.M. Chapell}
This Indenture, Made this 17 day of Feby A.D. 1908, be-
tween Monroe Neil and Francis Neil of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, partie of the first part, and
W.M. Chappell of the County of Alachua and State of Flor-
ida, party of the second part. 
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Forty five Dollars, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second p art, and his heirs and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and de-
mand which the said part of the first part have in and to
the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, to-wit:
 East 1/2 of N.W. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 section (32) township (10) range 18-
To have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatever of the said parties of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written.

 I Hereby Certify, That on this 17 day of Feby, 1908, before
me, A Notary Public State of Fla at large personally ap-
peared Monroe Neil and Francis Neil, his wife, to me
known to be the persons described in, and who executed
the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the said
