Francis Neil, the wife of the said Monroe Neil, on an
examination taken and made separately and apart
from her said husband, did acknowledge that she
made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her dower, or right of
dower, in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments
therein described and thereby granted and released, and
that she executed said deed freely and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.

This Indenture, Made this 29th day of April A.D. 1912,
between the New York & Florida Lumber Company, a Cor-
poration organized and existing under the laws of the
State of New York, party of the first part, and Alachua
County Colonization Company, a Corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Virginia, party of the second
part, Witnesseth, That the party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10) Dollars
and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part, its success-
ors and assigns, forever, the following described land
situated in the County of Alachua, and State of Flor-
ida, to wit:
North half of southwest Quarter, south half of Northwest
Quarter and Northeast Quarter of Northwest quarter, Sec-
tion thirty-four, Township ten, Range sixteen; West half
of section thirty-three, township ten, range sixteen; all
of section thirty-two, township ten, range sixteen; North-
