Be it known that I. Wm. H. Keogh, a Notary Public
in and for the State and County aforesaid, do hereby certify
that W.H. Lynn whose name is signed to the foregoing
deed from the New York & Florida Lumber Company to the
Alachua County Colonization Company, is well known to
me and known to me to be the individual described
in and who executed the said deed as the Vice-Presi-
dent of said Company and that he personally appeared
before me this day in said State and County and
acknowledged to and before me that he executed said
deed as the Vice-President of said Company, and that
the same is the free act and deed of the said New
York & Florida Lumber Company, and that the Corporate
seal of said Company attested by its secretary, was there-
upon impressed by authority of the Board of Directors of
said Company, and that said execution by him as Vice-
President as aforesaid was for the uses and purposes therein
set forth and expressed.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
official seal in the said County this 29th day of April
