The laws of the state of Virginia, party of the second
part, Witnesseth, That the party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten($10) dollars and
other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid
by said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sued to
