seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed,
and that I do have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same; that the same is free from
all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that
I will and my heirs, executors, and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto him the said Brice E. Wooley and to
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter

first duly questions and examined by me separate and

for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing
all her right of Dower in and to the land in said
Deed described, and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of dower was done and made by her
