This Deed, Made the 28th day of February A.D. 1912 by M.V.
Raley, Mathias Marshall, (unmarried) and Thomas B. Hamby
and Emma M. Hamby, his wife hereinafter called the grant-
ors, to Charles M. Boeckling, of Peru, La Salle County, Illinois
hereinafter called the grantee, Witnesseth, That the said grant-
ors, in consideration of other valuable consideration and the sum
of ten Dollars, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give,
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey
and confirm unto the said grantee, and his heirs and
assigns in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua County,
State of Florida, described as follows:
Lots Seventeen (17) and eighteen (18) in section 29, Township
9 S., Range 22 E., according to plat recorded in the
Public Records of Alachua County. Said lots containing
20 acres each, more or less, including one-half of the
abutting 30 ft. roadway, lying and being the entire
length of the northern boundary. It is mutually agreed
that these roads shall be forever open to public travel.
To have and to hold the same, together with the heredita-
ments and appurtenances, unto the said grantee, and his
heirs and assigns in fee simple. And the said grantors,
for themselves and their heirs and legal representatives, cov-
enant with said grantee, his heirs, legal representatives
and assigns: That said grantors are indefeasibly seized
of said land in fee simple; that said grantors have full
power and lawful right to convey said land in fee simple,
as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for said grantee,
his heirs, legal representatives and assigns, at all times
peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and en-
joy said land; that said land is free from all encum-
brances: that said grantors, their heirs and legal repres-
entatives, will make such further assurances to perfect
the fee simple title to said land in said grantee, his
