This Deed, Made the Second day of May A.D. 1912
by H.A. Pickett and E.F. Pickett (his wife) hereinafter
called the grantors, to J.R. Fowler hereinafter called the
grantee. Witnesseth, That the said grantors, in consider-
ation of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consider-
ation the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff
convey and confirm unto the said grantee, and his
heirs and assigns, in fee simple, an undivided half
interest in the lands situate in Alachua County,
State of Florida, described as follows:
The South-East Corner of Block Three (3) Range One
(1) of the Original Survey of The town of Gainesville,
Alachua County, Florida more particularly described
as follows: Begin at the South East corner of said
Block Three (3) Range One (1) and run thence North
Ninety (90) feet, Thence West One Hundred, and Twenty
(120) feet, Thence South Ninety (90) feet to Magnolia
Street, Thence East One Hundred and Twenty (120)
feet to the point of beginning.
To Have and to hold the same, together with the
hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said
grantee, and his heirs and assigns in fee simple.
And the said grantors, for themselves and their
heirs and legal representatives, covenants with
said grantee his heirs, legal representatives and
assigns: That said grantors are indefeasibly
seized of said land in fee simple: That
said grantors have full power and lawful right
to convey said land in fee simple, as afore- |
