Provided the following agreement I do hereby agree to
manage and keep a comfortable living for my mother
Mrs. Isabelle N. Wooley, during her natural life, and
that she shall remain and be priviledged to homely
comforts at the old homestead on said described land.

B. Wooley of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida,
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said
