This Indenture, Made this fourth day of January
A.D. 1908, Between Frank S. Lewis Widower of the
first part, and Mrs. H. Von Luttichan of Alachua
County, Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Three
hundred Dollars, to them in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and
by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and con-
vey unto the said party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
piece, parcel or tract of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua State of Florida
and particularly known and described on the
public maps and records of said State as
