This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 11th day of May A.D. 1912,
between T.J. Swearingen and his wife Mary E. Swearingen of Alachua
County Floridia parties of the first part, and T.B. Stringfellow of Alachua County
Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
One dollar - and other valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the
party of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained
sold transferred and conveyed unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Alachua County
Florida, to wit:
Lot Eight (8) of a subdivision of section eleven (11) in township ten
(10) Range Nineteen (19) and being the West half of the West half of the West
half of said Section - containing 80 acres of land more or less -
To have and to hold the same unto the party of the second part his heirs and
assigns together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur-
tenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And the said parties of the first part covenant and agree to and with the party
of the second part that they will defend the title to said land against the lawful claims
and demands of their executors, administrators and assigns and all persons claiming
the same by, through or under the said parties of the first part.

Alachua County } I hereby certify that before me personally appeared T.J.
Swearingen and his wife Mary E. Swearingen to me well known and known to me to
be the identical persons described in and who executed the within deed and
each severally acknowledged before me that they executed the same for the
purposes therein expressed, and the said Mary E. Swearingen wife of the said T.J.
Swearingen upon an examination taken and made by me separately and
apart from her said husband did acknowledged before me that she executed said deed
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehensions or fear
of or from her said husband.
