hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging,
or in anywise appertaining. to have and to hold the
same unto him the said Goley B. Wooley and to
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee
simple absolute. And that the said Isabelle N. Wooley
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Goley
B. Wooley that I Isabelle N. Wooley lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that
I do have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same; that the same is free from all incumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, ex-
ecutors, and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said Goley B. Wooley
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter

before me personally appeared Mrs. Isabelle N. Wooley
wife of -- the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who,
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges
before me that she did sign the said deed of Conveyance
for the purpose of release, relinquishing and renouncing
all her right of dower in and to the lands in said deed
described, and that said relinquishment and renuncia-
tion of dower was done and made by her freely and
