I, John Sutherland, of Boston, County of Suffolk and Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, being in good health of sound mine, make this my last
Will and testament, hereby revoking all forever wills and testaments, at any
time heretofore made or published by me.
After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give
devise and bequeath all my estate of whatsoever nature, real and
personal, to my wife Mary Sutherland to her own sole and separate use
and behoof forever.
I make no provision for any of my children as I know that my
duty to them can be more satisfactory performed by my wife
acting in her own discretion, as sole owner of my estate in case of
my decease.
I appoint my said wife execution of this my will and I request that
she be not required to give surety upon her official bond.
