within three months after the date hereof, a true inventory of all the
real and personal estate of said deceased which at the time of the
making of such inventory shall have come to your possession or
or Knowledge.
To administer according to law and to the will of said deceased, all
the personal estate of said deceased which may come to your possession
or that of any person for you, and also the proceeds of any of the real
estate of said deceased that may be sold or mortgaged by you:
To render upon oath, a true account of your administration at
least once a year, until your trust is fulfilled, unless-excused there-
from in any year by said Court, and also to render such account
at such other times as said Court may order.
And-also, within three months, to cause notice of your appoint-
ment, to be published three weeks successively in the Boston Daily
Traveller a newspaper published at said Boston, and within
one year return your affidavit of having given such notice,
with a copy thereof to the Registry of Probate of this County.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the
seal of said Court to be affixed, at Boston, this twenty-fourth day of
May in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four.

Commercial Bank of Jacksonville (a corporation) of the County of
Duval and State of Florida party of the first part and Sula F. Whetstone
of the County of Monroe and State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth; That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the payment of a certain promissory note for the sum of One Hundred forty
one & 91/100 Dollars - in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised, released and quit
claimed and by these presents does remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said party of the second part, and her heirs and assigns forever all
the right title interest claim and demand which the said party of the first
