This Indenture, made this 17th day of May 1912 between
A.O. Steenburg wife of the County of Alachua in the
State of Fla. parties of the first part and Mary Jane
Thomas of the County of Alachua in the State of Fla
party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said part-
ies of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of One hundred dollars, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns for-
ever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels or tract
of land, situated and being in Alachua County, Florida,
to-wit: Lot thirty three of lot seven of the Mose E. Levy
Grant To have and to hold the above described premises,
together, with all and singular the tenements, the
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining, unto her the said party
of the second part, heirs and assigns forever. And the
said parties of the first part do hereby warrant the
title to said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons now claiming or here-
after to claim the same by, through or under me.
