Before me personally appeared A.O. Steenburg and Margaret
Steenburg his wife, to me well known as the persons de-
scribed in and who executed the above and foregoing deed
of conveyance and each severally acknowledged the execu-
tion of said deed for the uses and purposes therein set
forth and contained. And the said Mrs. Margaret Steen-
burg the wife of the said A.O. Steenburg upon an ex-
amination taken and made by me separately and apart
from her said husband, did acknowledge before me
that she made herself a party to said deed and executed
the same freely and voluntarily and without compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

Know All Men by these presents: That E.D. Sledge and
Mrs Lula Sledge his wife of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of eleven hundred ($1100.00) dollars, lawful
money of the United States, to me in hand paid by H. Mc
L. Grady of the second part, at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, assigns,
transferred and set over, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the
