parcel of land, situate and being in Alachua County,
State of Florida, to-wit: Lot one (1) Block one hundred
and sixteen (116) of George E. Foster's Addition to the town
of High Springs Alachua County Florida. Together
with the obligation described in said Bond for Title
and the money due and to become due thereon,
with interest from the - day of-19- To have and to
hold the same unto the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
