             This Indenture, made and entered into
on this 18th day of April, A.D. 1912, by and between A.A.
Cameron as Assignee of and for the Estate of George E.
Foster, party of the first part, and M.G. Knight of Ala-
chua County, Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth:
That Whereas, on the 9th day of January, A.D. 1909,
Hon. J.T. Willis, Judge of the Circuit Court for the
Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida in and for Alachua
County, made and rendered a Decree authorizing and
empowering the said A.A. Cameron, as Assignee as afore-
said, to sell and convey at public or private sale, sep-
arately or otherwise, among others the lots hereinafter
described; and Whereas, the said A.A. Cameron, as
Assignee as aforesaid; has made a sale of the said
property to the said M.G. Knight at and for the
sum of Two hundred and thirty ($230.00) dollars;
Now therefore, for and in consideration of the premises,
and under and by virtue of the said Decree which De-
cree is recorded on the records of Alachua County,
Florida, in Judgment Book 12 at page 575, recorded
on the 10th, day of February, 1909, and for and in
consideration of the said sum of Two hundred and
thirty ($230.00) Dollars to me cash in hand paid at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the said
A.A. Cameron as Assignee as aforesaid, have granted,
bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and
confirm unto him, the said M.G. Knight and to his
heirs and assigns forever, all of those certain lots,
tracts, pieces or parcels of land, situated, lying
and being in the County of Alachua, in the State
of Florida, and particularly known, distinguished and
described as follows, to-wit:
