lying and being in the Town of Fairmount, now High
Springs, Alachua County, Florida, as recorded in
Plat Book "A" at page 6 of the public records of Alachua
County, Florida. Together with all and singular the
right, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To
have and to hold the above granted and described
property and every part and parcel thereof, unto him
the said M.G. Knight, and to his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, as fully and completely
as I am authorized and empowered to do under and
by virtue of the assignment and of the said Order
of Sale hereinbefore recited. And the said A.A. Cameron,
as Assignee as aforesaid, herein and hereby fully war-
rants the title to the said property as fully and
completely as he is authorized to do under and by vir-
tue of the Deed of Assignment and Order or Decree
authorizing the sale of the said property.
In Testimony Where, I, the said A.A. Cameron, as
Assignee of the said George E. Foster, have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on the day and
year first above written.

           Personally came before me, A.A. Cameron, to
me well known, and known to be the identical person
described in, and who executed the above and foregoing
Deed, and acknowledged that he signed, sealed and
delivered the said Deed as Assignee of and for the
said George E. Foster, at the time and place, in
the manner, for the uses and purposes, and by
virtue of the authority set forth and contained therein.
