Know All Men by these Presents: That Wade Thomas and
Amanda Thomas of the County of Alachua State of Florida
held and firmly bound unto Jake Cail of the County of
Alachua State of Florida, in the sum of Two hundred and
eighty five dollars, for the payment whereof well and truly
to be made we bind ourselves heirs, executors and administrators
jointly & severly firmly by these presents. Signed and sealed
this 23 day of Dec. A.D. 1911 The condition of the above ob-
ligation is such that Whereas the said Wade Thomas and
Amanda Thomas has this day bargained and sold to
the said Jake Cail the following described property, lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida:
The south half of lot ten of section eighteen township eight
south of range twenty east and the north half of lot
three in section nineteen Township eight south of range
twenty E. and in consideration thereof, the said Jake Cail
has executed 5 certain promissory notes of even date herewith,
payable on or before Nov-15-1912 for $ 57.00
2nd note. Nov-15-1913 for $ 57.00
3 - note Nov-15-1914 for $ 57.00
4 - note Nov-15-1915 for $ 57.00
5 - note Nov-15-1916 for $ 57.00
All notes bearing Interest from date at 10 per cent
Now, if the said Jake Cail shall well and truly pay the
said promissory notes with interest as stated therein, and
shall pay all taxes and insurance upon the within-describ-
ed property, into the possession of which from the date hereof,
it is hereby agreed they shall enter and continue, then the
said Wade Thomas and Amanda Thomas shall execute a
deed in fee simple to the said Jake Cail for the aforesaid
property. When this obligation is to be void, else to remain
in full force and virtue. Failure to pay any of this notes
