wife of Wade Thomas who executed the foregoing Bond
for Title, who being examined separate and apart from
her husband, acknowledges that she made herself a party
to the foregoing bond for the purpose of releasing all her
rite of dower to above described land conditioned upon,
and for the faithful performance of the covenants therein
made, and that the same is done of her own free
will and accord, and without compulsion, constraint, ap-
prehension or fear of or from her husband.
