This Indenture, Made this 22nd day of May A.D. 1912. Between
Royal B. Embree and Ellen C. Embree, his wife, Jacksonville
of the County of Duval and State of Florida party of the first
part, and Leigh M. Pearsall, Melrose of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold
and transferred, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
and transfer unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida more
particularly described as follows: On the map of the public
survey of the State as a portion of Section Thirteen (13) Town-
ship Nine (9) Range Twenty-two (22) East, and more particu-
larly described on a map of recent survey by W.L. Sims,
said map having been placed on the books in the Clerk's
office in the County in which the land is situated as
Lot Number Four (4) bounded as follows: Commencing at
the Bellamy Road running thence North Twenty-Seven (27)
chains and Forty-Seven (47) Links to Santa Fe Lake; then
commencing at the same stake or place of beginning
on Bellamy Road, thence running West along the North
side of Bellamy Road Seven (7) Chains and Fifty (50) Links
to a stake; thence North Thirty Six (36) chains and Forty-
Seven (47) Links to Santa Fe Lake, containing in all
Twenty-Three (23) Acres and Two-Hundredths (2-100) of an
acre, more or less. Together with all the tenements, hered-
itaments and appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title,
interest and estate, dower and right of dower, reversion, re-
mainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise ap-
pertaining: To have and to hold the same in fee simple
