by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargain-
ed, sold, transferred, and do by these presents give, grant,
alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns, for-
ever, all that certain Lot, Tract or Parcel of Land, situate,
lying, and being in the County of Alachua and the State
of Florida and known and described on the public records
of said State as the East half of the south west Quarter
of the North West Quarter of Section Eight in Township
Eight South of Range Twenty two East containing twenty
acres more or less E1/2 of SW1/4 of NW1/4 of Sec 8. T.8. of R
22 E. 20 acres Together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also
all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and de-
mand whatsoever, as well in law as inequity, of the said
party of the first part, of, in and to the same, with the appur-
tenances. To have and to hold the above described premises,
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns, as their
absolute property in fee simple forever. And the said James
L. Neel for himself and his heirs and assigns doth covenant
and agree that he is lawfully seized of the above described prem-
ises, by deed from Joseph W. Sulton bearing date 30th December
1876 and that he has conveyed the same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by him; and the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns, shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all per-
sons whatsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or under
him the said party of the first part.
In Testimony Whereof, The said party of the first part
hath hereunto affixed his hand and seal, this the day
