part, and their heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties
of the first part have in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land, to-wit: Begin at the South-east corn-
er of Block Three (3), Range One (1), Original Survey of Gaines-
ville, run North Ninety (90) Feet; West One Hundred Twenty
(12) Feet; thence South Ninety (90) Feet; and East One Hundred
Twenty (12) Feet to point of beginning; same being in the
South-east corner of Block Three (3), Range One (1), Original
Survey of Gainesville, Florida, in Section Five (5), Township
Ten (10), South, Range Twenty (20), East. To have and to hold
the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatever of the
said parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 17th day of May, 1912,
before me, personally appeared Chas. B. Peeler and Irene
B. Peeler, his wife, to me known to be the persons de-
scribed in, and who executed the foregoing instrument,
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be
their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
therein mentioned; and the said Irene B. Peeler, the wife
of the said Chas. B. Peeler, on and examination taken and
made separately and part from her said husband, did ack-
nowledge that she made herself a party to said deed,
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower,
or right of dower, in and to the lands, tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and
released, and that she executed said deed freely and
