This Indenture, made the Fourth day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve (1912) Hugh
Mulligan, of the City and County of Philadelphia, in the State
of Pennsylvania, and Josephine, his wife, parties of the first
part, and D. Ira Auker of the County of Camden State of New
Jersey party of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said part-
ies of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar and exchange of property lawful money of the
United States of America, to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of the presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
confirm, unto the said party of the second part, and
to his heirs and assigns forever, all the following pieces,
parcels, lots or tract of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida, de-
