I Hereby Certify, That on this Fourth day of April A.D. 1912,
before me, the subscriber a Notary Public in & for said County
& State personally appeared Hugh Mulligan Josephine
Mulligan his wife, to me known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for uses and purposes therein mentioned. And the
said Josephine Mulligan the wife of the said Hugh Mul-
ligan made separately and apart from her said husband,
acknowledged that she made herself a party to the said
deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her
dower and rights of dower and conveying her separate
estate in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments
therein described and thereby granted and released, and
that she executed the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
