Raley (widower) Mathias Marschall (unmarried) Thomas
B. Hamby and Emma M. Hamby, his wife, hereinafter
called the grantors, to Chas. M. Boeckling, of Peru, La Salle
County, Illinois, hereinafter called the grantee, Witnesseth,
That the said grantors, in consideration of other valuable
consideration and the sum of Ten Dollars, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and con-
firm unto the said grantee, and his heirs and
assigns, in fee simple, the lands situate in Ala-
chua County, State of Florida, described as follows:
Lots Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four (24) in section
29, Township 9 S., Range 22 E., containing twenty, (20)
acres each, more or less, including one-half of the
abutting roadway, lying and being the entire length
of the southern boundary of Lots 23 and 24, and the
eastern boundary of 24. It is mutally agreed that
these roads shall be forever open to public travel.
The above lots one further described as being the South-
east Quarter of the South-west Quarter of Section 29,
Township 9 S., Range 22 E. To have and to hold the
same, together with the hereditaments and appurtenan-
