pieces or parcels of land, situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua, in the State of Florida, and
particularly known, distinguished and described as
follows, to wit:
The North-east Quarter (NE1/4) and North Half (N1/2) of
the South-east Quarter (SE1/4 of Section Nine (9), in
Township Nine (9), South of Range Twenty-one (21)
East, and containing by estimation Two Hundred
and Forty (240) acres of land more or less.
Together with all and singular the right, tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and To Hold the above granted and described
property and every part and parcel thereof, unto him
the said E.W. Millican, and to his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple absolute.
