cords of said County, said lot one (1) being a subdi-
vision of lot fifty five (55) according to a map
or plat of the subdivisions of the North half (N1/2) of
Sec 6- T.10s - R 20 E. of record on page 500 of Deed
book "P" of said records, containing by estimation ninety
five hundred ninety one square feet of land, more or
less. Together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging,
or in anywise appertaining. Too have and to hold the
same unto him the said Henry Hunter and to his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee
simple absolute. And I the said Olivia A. Porter do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Henry
Hunter that I am lawfully seized in fee of the prop-
erty herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that
the same is free from all incumbrances of any kind
whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors, and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Henry Hunter and to
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all per-
sons whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter to claim
the same, except all taxes that may become due on said
land for the year 1912, which taxes said Henry Hunter
agrees to pay. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal on this 31st day of
May A.D. 1912
