B.A. Adkins of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Seventy Two $ 72.00 dollars, to them in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have bargained, sold and transferred, and by these
presents do bargain, sell and transfer unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and
assigns forever. All that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida more particularly described as
follows: Lots no one (1) Two (2) and three (3) in
Block three (3) in the Town of Lochoosa florida
in Section twenty seven (27) Township eleven (11) S
range twenty two (22) E. said lot one being two
hundred and forty one (241) feet east and west by
Fifty eight (58) feet north and south and Lot Two (2)
being two hundred and fifty two (252) feet east
and west by Fifty eight (58) feet north and south
said lot three (3) being two hundred and sixty
feet east and west by Fifty eight feet north and
south Together with all the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title,
interest and estate, dower and right of dower, re-
version, remainder and easement thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining: To have and to hold 
the same in fee simple forever. And the said
parties of the first part do covenant with the said
parties of the second part that they are lawfully
seized of the said premises, that they are free from
all incumbrances and that they have good right
and lawful authority to sell the same; and that
they will warrant and defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons. In Witness
Whereof, the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year above written.
