That J.T. Edwards and wife Edwards and J.E. Rice a
Bachelor of High Springs of the aforesaid County and
State, for and in consideration of Fifteen ($ 15.00) Dollars,
to us in hand paid by W.C. Summers of High Springs
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
Whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed, and by these Presents do grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto him the said W.C. Summers all
that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying
and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, par-
ticularly known and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot No One (1) Block No seven (7) in Fosters Addition to the
town of High Springs containing by estimation ... acres of
land, more or less. Together with all and singular the ten-
ements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the
same unto him the said W.C. Summers and to his heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute
and we the said J.T. Edwards and wife and J.E. Price
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
W.C. Summers that we are lawfully seized in fee of
the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same; that the same is free from all incumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our
heirs, executors, and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto him the
said W.C. Summers and to his heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns, against the lawful claims
and demand of any and all persons whomsoever,
now claiming, or hereafter to claim the same.
